Refund policy

Right now all sales are face to face, so you can look your piece over before you pay. Please check it when we meet.

If something is wrong with your piece—it’s damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered—contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving it. A photo helps. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are made in Canadian dollars.
